We ship from London, UK.

We process orders within 2-3 working days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Pre-order items are processed within 2-3 working days of arrival in stock (this takes between 15-30 days)

Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.

We will not be able to amend your order after it has been shipped.

Please review and ensure you have provided a correct shipping address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address you have provided. If an order has been returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order amount and ask you to resubmit your order.

 


2. Shipping & Postage:

We will ship out your prints in a PVC round tube packaging to ensure the safety of your parcel in transportation.


Delivery to the UK: within 2 weeks of dispatch.
All other countries: within 4 weeks of dispatch.

(except)For India & All African Countries: there will be a delivery charge around £35/46USD. please contact us before placing order.

3. Shipping

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. 

Due to the hand-painting process, All orders are processed and fulfilled within 10 business days. Once fulfilled, orders are shipped within 1 business day. Average shipping times range between 5 and 10 business days, depending on your location.

All paintings are shipped out without frame. This is done to make shipping worldwide possible. For any other questions please contact us on info@hilacreations.com

Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance.

Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.

Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.

United Kingdom: within 2 working days.
Europe: within 7 working days.
United States: within 7 working days.
Rest Of World: 10 working days.  

We also offer expedited next day delivery and Saturday delivery. Options available at checkout.

Returns

If for any reason you are not happy with your artwork, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order.  

Please note personalised and custom orders are not refundable. Sale items are eligible for an exchange or gift card only.
